As of April 1, 2008 responsibility of property assessments and other property related services transferred from Assessment Services to the Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC)

Meeting Agendas

To view agendas for upcoming meetings, they may be viewed in two areas of our website; either by clicking on the specific meeting in the "Calendar" section or by going to the "Municipal Documents" section and clicking on the appropriate meeting.

** NOTE ** Our goal is to have the agendas on the website two days prior to the meeting; however, there may be some amendments made between then and the actual meeting time; which may not be reflected on the website edition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to do our best of providing the most up-to-date information.

Property Tax Bills

The Town of Windsor sends out two property tax bills a year (an Interim Bill and a Final Bill). Please note that the Interim Bill is due the last business day of May of each year and the Final Bill is due the last business day of September of each year.

Water Bills

Water bills are invoiced quarterly and you will now find a sewer rate charge on your water bill. Please note, this charge used to be included in the property tax rate but is now reflected on your water bill because it is based on water consumption.
